Focus Group Client Questionnaire - For Attorneys (not participants)There are several questions we ask when we first begin discussing arranging a focus group for a client. First is: What type of focus group do you have in mind? We conduct informal focus groups, with back-and-forth conversation, usually in a product or campaign situation. Our most common focus group occurs in a mock trial format, using actual videotaped clips, live actors or merely argument from counsel. The pricing of a focus group will depend upon the number of jurors we need to recruit and confirm, whether you want to conduct it during a work day, an evening or a weekend.
Please assist us by answering the questions located to the right, and we will be able to formulate a price and setup that will meet your unique needs. If you have questions and would like to brainstorm a bit about your focus group, give Teresa Evans (our Focus Group Moderator) a call, and she can work with you to see what will best meet your needs. Our Moderator (if needed)Teresa Evans, Owner of Realtime Reporters, may serve as your moderator if needed. She has over 30 years of courtroom and legal experience and is an excellent communicator. Her ability to quickly assess a case and hone in on the issues a juror may find relevant has been of great benefit to our clients.
Realtime Reporters also welcomes your favorite moderator and may assist you by providing the facility and visual media needs of your focus group. Contact Teresa at:
